"Source/Destination Media Not Accessible" error message.

On configurations of FileBack PC initially setup in early 2007 or previously, the default settings for the Source/Destination Media Verification modes are set to prevent backups to unwanted media from occurring.  In other words, FileBack PC set itself up so it would not backup to disks unless you specifically authorized it to do so.

With configurations created in newer versions of FileBack PC released after mid-2007, the default media verification mode is now set to automatically backup to any device using the drive letter specified in a backup jobs.  To change older configurations to use this behavior, edit the backup job using the Advanced Backup Job Editor, navigate to the Pre-Backup page, and change the settings for the Media Verification options to one of the "Attempt to Read..." or "Attempt to Write..." options instead of the previous value of "Ask Windows if Media is Ready."
